Your Pack Shipment
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS or Royal Mail with a tracking option and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with the required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Delivery
Your order will be fulfilled as soon as reasonable unless there is an Event Outside Control (as defined in Clause above), and we will provide you with a tracking number once the Products have been shipped. If we are unable to fulfil delivery because of an Event Outside our Control, we will contact you. Delivery will be completed when the Products are delivered to the address you gave us on an order. The Products will be your responsibility from the completion of delivery. You own the Products once we have received payment in full, including all applicable Delivery Charges.
International delivery
If you order Products from our Platform for delivery to an International Delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destined. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
